Our Fixed Management fee includes day-to-day property management, rent collection, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, communication and ongoing support and education — without the unnecessary add-on fees most agencies charge separately.
Routine Inspections are completed in accordance with legislative and insurance requirements, four per year, with detailed reports and supporting photos provided to owners following each inspection.
We also go beyond our detailed photographic routine inspections by providing an annual video walkthrough as standard
Maintenance requests are managed promptly using trusted local contractors. Owners are kept informed throughout the process, and approvals are obtained where required.
